I over all Love the app. But The new update is not good! Number of new emails are incorrect. Please fix!!!

This new update counts all of the messages and doesnt indicate only the new messages. This needs to be fixed asap. The number of new emails are not correct.

I love this app because it just makes it so much easier to keep in contact but before these updates it was perfect. Otherwise I wouldve given it 5 stars. The most recent update did fix the part where itll highlight your new emails but the notification that pops up on the app of how many new emails you have is still incorrect. When you actually got into the app itll have the correct amount of new emails. Also the font is way too small. It was perfect the way it was before. Lastly when I reply to an email and turn my phone sideways I cant see what Im writing anymore. Please fix it because I love this app!

2nd 6/7/2106 update I wish I could send u guys a pic of my app, u cant read the messages they are each on top of each other . Whats going on ------- 1st update Love this app and am grateful for it but this new update counts things wrong and words are small and it just set the app backwards

After you guys sent an update to fix these "bugs" now the app doesnt work. I login out and login back in and I couldnt see my messages. So I deleted the app and re-download it again and now I can even login in at all. I paid to use this app and I cant even use it. What are you guys doing to fix this?

Every since the update? The app have been tripping and it needs to be fix. Get the old version back. ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

Im not able to log back in and when I was able to log in I couldnt sent messages or refresh the app. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Please update this app again. It was just fine before all these recent updates. I try to begin writing and the text disappears somewhere. The list of email in the inbox overlap each other because the text is too big for the sender and subject. If this was a free app I would not be as concerned but we are made to pay for this so please update ASAP.

All is almost back to normal. It crashes sometimes why typing and when replying to a message if you press paste it automatically crashes but not when you compose a new one and press paste?

They fixed the biggest issue w/ the last update. But now I am getting duplicate notifications of the same message and also two of the same messages sometimes.

All day a notification pops up when I open the app saying unable to communicate with server. Try again later. I logged out and back in and nothing. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and still the same. Very frustrating!

Not able to send messages on the app but can send them via Internet keep getting a communication error message that flashes like 5 times. Its been like that for 2 days

App is not working. Message says unable to connect to the server at this time. Been like this for 3 days. I deleted the app and re downloaded it. Still isnt working.

Password not working, and no "lost password" option. Ive deleted app and re-loaded...still wont work. Support is non-existent, but billing apparently works. Yuck!!

Great to not have to log in every time!

I love the app. Very convenient. I see several bad reviews concerning the communications error. I receive that error from time to time, but I refresh and move past it. I refuse to complain about this app because it is making the best out of a bad situation. I cant buy a book of stamps for $7 a year, so Ill gladly spend it here and conveniently talk to my fiance every day, many times a day. Thanks.
