Great App, makes signing in so simple! However, I walked away mid-message (once) and lost what I had written, my fault for not saving it to draft but otherwise this App is a must have.... :)

Great app to communicate however what I would like to see is being able to send attachments or pictures as it is emails are monitored why cant pictures also it would be nice to make a a app for the Apple Macs

Fix the app or refund my money.

In the latest upgrade, new messages are no longer marked as new with a blue dot. Its hard to tell which messages are new and which have been read. Please fix this!

But the latest update needs to be fixed please.

Im not sure what they were trying to fix, however this update did more damage than fixing... The font changed and the new messages are no longer highlighted. Also the amount of new messages in the notification is incorrect... What a disappointment

Latest update is Flawed and doesnt allow you to see which messages are unread or not which is a inconvenience and needs fixed.

Im having the same problem. Ever since I did the update I cant tell if I have a new message or not. Its like its already been checked. This update is not good and needs to be fixed ASAP.

The new messages arent coming in as a new message. The messages used to come in with a blue dot. But now you cant tell if the message is new. This update is terrible.

The old update was better doesnt leave the unread messages unread or marked with the blue dot. Says I have 23plus messages when I already replied to all! Hate it put it back or give me back my money!!!

What happened? My new messages are showing up unread and my font is super small!!! How can I go back?

Update is horrible I shouldnt have click it small font types slow notifications are wrong...FIX THIS PROBLEM PLEASE!!

This new update is wack ! Font is entirely too small ! Never notifies me of the right amount of new messages I have ! Please fix !!!

New update.... I like the font on my iphone. However the notifications always say i have 50 message but only have one. I wish they would allow emojis. Just something for them to see. If anything it should be the inmates pay $6 yearly. We are paying $6 plus western union fees to put units on for the inmate to talk to us every week. Come on something better than this as far as imates paying.

The new update destroyed this app. The old way was much better. Everything with is app has gone wrong because of the new update. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!

1. The text is so small. 2. When I turn my iPhone sideways to reply to the message, I cannot see what I am texting. I recently had 5 stars for this app! I went down to 2..

Generally I love this app. Its much easier than losing in to the website and entering a capatcha code every time you want to send or check a message, but now that Ive updated the app theres an issue with the screen while typing. I prefer to use my iPad in the landscape position because everything is bigger that way, but now while typing an original message or a reply Im doing so blindly. Meaning I cant see what Im typing. The screen jumps for every letter I input. As this is irritating Ill turn it to the portrait position and its just like the good old days lol. Ive checked and its not my iPad its only this app after the update. Im writing this review in landscape and dont have any problems seeing what Ive typed. Not sure what the bug fixes were for since I had no prior issues, but the bug fix gave me a bug.

I love the app itself because it makes it easy to keep in touch with my boo. But with this last update they made the words a little smaller. And I dont like that. And it would be nice to be able to send photos. If it wasnt for that I would give it 5 stars.
