Love this app because i am able to talk to my father , HOWEVER.. I deleted the app off my iPad and then downloaded it on my iPhone instead and I go to log in and its saying "you have activated the maximum number of devices for your account". Its pretty annoying considering I payed for it . Please fix!

Its been only one day and Ive been able to communicate with my loved one 3 times already. Absolutely love it, has made this transition easier.

Just trying to understand why I can access my corrlinks app but I can via my computer. My premier account doesnt expire for over a month. Can you help me?

If the app closes before you finish your message does not go into drafts.

I have a iPhone 5s and it works just like my other email accounts I recieve and send with no problem! Great app!

You people complaining about the $6 are so petty. If you had to buy stamps, envelopes, and paper would you still complain? Get a grip on yourselves. Oh, and sit and wait for your letter to get there! (SNAIL MAIL) Smh.

Great app for people who actually use it for "real time".... Just wish there were a log out option!

I downloaded it to my phone yet I can not open it to use or uninstall it so I am a little frazzled

This is a great app as long as I’m using it on my iPad. The $6.00 premier account is a bargain but it won’t; however, work on my MacBook. Any tips?

Its great to communicate with loved ones through the app instead of having to log into the website to check and send emails everytime. The downfall is that yes on the iPhone the typing is slow (that is, if you can type at any decent wpm if you will on your phone), second it has communication errors almost daily when trying To refresh your inbox. These are all minor issues in a FREE app.. But when my tax dollars are already going to inmates having surround sound movie theaters and computers on computers for theyre disposal to email people on the "outs" I dont necessarily want to pay more for some garbage that doesnt even work. I recommend saving the insignificant 5$ until the app developers decide to develop more and cash in less.

If you have to spend $6 to use the app then it isnt free! Why are you listing it as a free app? I have a Corrlinks acct & this app wont even let you log in unless you upgrade & pay for it. Thats very shady. Take this app out of the free section & call it what it is instead of trying to mislead people.

The app is great for txt or emailing someone without the annoying captcha but it would be nice if we could send pictures. Since all communications with an inmate is being monitored photos could be monitored as well. I havent had any lagging issues like others complained but usually thats a device issue and not an app issue. Also when going premiere the app should auto resize no matter what device a person is on. Overall its a good app that achieve what its made for. There should be an option to pay for premium from the Apple Store instead of having to fill out a form on the corrlinks website.

I think this app is great, I get to keep in touch with my friend and get alerted when I have a new message. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes quite a while for messages to be delivered through app vs computer.

My app wont let me get pass the log in

I love the app ?? Because I get instant alerts from my fiancé but JPay is so much more advanced I wish there was a update soon

Its an awesome idea but... If anything it should be the inmates pay $6 yearly. We are paying $6 plus western union fees to put units on for the inmate to talk to us every week. Come on something better than this as far as imates paying.

This was the best thing ever created to keep in touch with your loved ones and support them through their hardest times!

This is a great way to stay in touch with your loved ones thats incarcerated. I just wished that we could send pictures to our loved ones cause they monitor the messages, letters and phone calls and they could monitor the pictures sent through Corrlinks also. Maybe an idea that the people that made this app should think about. Thanks for such a great app so that I can stay in touch with my loved one.

This is a great app to stay in touch with my husband, we email back and forth throughout the day, only issue I have is the time frame, it takes over 2hours to receive an email, Vice versa both ends is taking forever to get a response, the $6 is well worth it!!... Pls just fix the problem

Great app to communicate however what I would like to see is being able to send attachments as it is emails are monitored why cant pictures also it would be nice to make a a app for the MacBook it will be easier for me
